A large automobile player post merger found itself with two different applications for performance management and a dated competency system that had outlived its applicability. Talentonic was asked to design a new system that reflected the talent expectations post JV and was tech enabled.
Talentonic analysed both PMS systems. We ran interviews with top management on what they wanted, workshops with key stakeholder and discussions with end users on the efficacy of the tool.
A brand new PMS was designed that enabled performance planning, target setting, mid-term and final reviews. It also recorded history of performance and alignment of personal goals to organisational goals.
The client IT team was made responsible to develop this tool working closely with the Talentonic technology team.
A joint working team comprised of the client and Talentonic ensured the decisions taken and discussions were deeply embedded.
