Rajul has a total experience of around 16 years across consulting and operations. He works in the area of integrating the business requirements with implementation inputs through people. His areas of specialization include visioning, strategy mapping, organization structuring, performance measurement, rewards, etc.
At Talentonic, Rajul anchors the HR consulting business across both integrated and point solutions. He is also the main architect for developing the Talent3sixty product, which provides insights for initiating the leadership development journey.
Before joining us he was a Client Services Director with Grant Thornton, where he was one of the founding members of the Business Advisory team. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he led the Performance consulting vertical in the Talent and Organizational consulting arm of Aon Hewitt .
Rajul is a chemical engineer from IIT Roorkee and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
