Talent3sixty is a survey based intelligent tool through which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them. This typically includes the employee's manager, peers, and direct reports. This feedback is not a performance feedback but a feedback on key leadership behaviors that are key to the success of the organization. Talent3sixty also supports the employees in selecting developmental initiatives and activities to cover any gaps identified.
The feedback in Talent3sixty is provided based on the leadership competency model. The leadership model could either be the Talentonic model (propriety model, based on stage of business and maturity of organization) or a Customised client model. The leadership model, as selected, is then converted into a 360 model by converting the competency behaviours into survey questions which are administered through the tool to solicit feedback.
The process of 360 Degree feedback involves defining the survey questions, indentifying “Feedback Seekers” and “Respondents” (Managers, Subordinates, Peers, Clients, etc.) and then administrating online survey. Status updates are also available through the tool to check on progress. The process ensures full confidentiality to the respondents of feedback provided.
Analysis of the feedback captured is reported at an individual level in the Individual report and an overall level in the Organization report. Both the reports provide inputs at the competency level and at the individual behaviour level. In case the Talentonic model is used, the report also provides intelligent inputs (inferences) using a correlation of scores across competencies. The individual report also includes templates and resource material that can be used for creating individual development plans.

The 360 degree feedback assists in this development through individual development and thus leading to overall improvement of the organizational performance.
This 360 degree feedback report is designed to help you, at an individual level, to enhance your workplace effectiveness and success by reviewing your on-the-job performance. The report provides you with unique data perspectives of your abilities as viewed by your managers, peers, subordinates, those in other supervisory roles, and self-examination. This information helps the you to identify your strengths and potential areas for development. Once identified, you will then be able to create a specific development plan for measurable, positive change.
